If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email, or online booking system. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and avoid unnecessary charges.
If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, there is a possibility of incurring a $50 cancellation fee. Please reach out to us before assuming that the fee will apply.
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
If we have to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a complimentary service or a full refund.
Trips that are canceled due to Airline cancellations and or inclement weather are exempt from this policy
Driver Wait Time Policy:
Drivers are scheduled to arrive at the time of on your reservation. Their reservation shows a 15 minutes window to allow for wait time.
Should a driver arrive at the pick-up location and need to wait for the customer beyond the initial 15-minute window, a fee of $5 will be applied for every subsequent 15-minute period the driver has to wait. This waiting time will be calculated starting from the expiration of the first 15-minute window until the customer is ready to depart.
This policy does not apply to trips originating at the airport. We understand the landing, unloading and retrieving luggage will vary.
This policy does not apply to round trips returning from concerts and special events.
